Serco itself is an organisation which offers many opportunities for our learners.  However, when combined with our business, public sector and voluntary sector partner networks, a thriving business ecosystem is  directly attached to our Serco College.

We have been improving education and Children's Centres in partnership with the public sector for over 10 years. 

Some of our key achievements include:

• Doubling the number of pupils that go onto higher education in Walsall
• Improving performance at GCSE level at twice the national average
• Introducing individual learning programmes for pupils in Bradford who have not found mainstream education appropriate
